During our pinchos tour of Pamplona, we’ll visit four places that are an integral part of the city’s culinary scene. We’ve put together an itinerary that combines different styles of cuisine so you can discover the cuisine from Navarre through pinchos: from classic dishes and traditional appetizers to more creative and modern offerings.

At each stop, we’ll enjoy a pincho and a drink. And as we wander through the streets of the Historic Center of Pamplona, we’ll talk about the cuisine of Navarre, our local products, the region’s wines, and, above all, the way we enjoy the city. What’s more, the bars we’ve chosen are special places with their own history, which is related with that of the city itself, the festivals of San Fermín, the visits of Ernest Hemingway and the Running of the Bulls.

A pinchos route is also a way of getting to know Pamplona, its traditions and its inhabitants.
